  • Masters degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individual and/or unit wide behavioral programs
  • Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures
  • Current Florida fingerprint clearance card
  • Florida Medicaid provider number
  • Effective and professional communication
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Critical thinking skills and problem solving
  • Strong computer skills

  • Design and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special needs
  • Train staff, caregivers, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct face-to-face supervision for our clients and RBT's
  • Conduct team meetings 
  • Assess our clients treatment needs and write detailed goals and objectives for each client treatment plan so that progress may be tracked and measured
  • Write initial assessments and re-assessment reports
  • Consult with caregivers and school personnel
  • Perform other job duties, as assigned
